This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Jackson of Cubley near Ashboun & in the County of Derby Innkeeper and Cow Leech
Being of a sound mind I declare and dispose of all my personal Estate and Effects What so Ever as follows That is to say that After my Funerall I do order My Executors to pay all my Just debts together with all other Expences attending the same. And after that they my said Executors do apply and equally divide Amongst my Children the Remainder of my property and Each to have a share and share a like leaving my son George to be put to such trade or calling as shall be the best for his health and Interest and that his Part or Share be appointed or Placed in the Bank By my Said Executors and the Princable With the Interest be paid him so soon as he shall attain the age of twenty one Years. And that my son Henry Agreeable to My Lord and Landlord be allowed to have the Benefitt of living in the house for the Benefitt of himself and such of my family that shall agree to live together but if any of my children that cannot agree to live together in the same house Then they my said Executors shall take or cause to be taken a Valuation of my Property and Pay he or she their just and Equal share deducting from their share an Equal Part or Portion of the Expence attending the same and it is my Will that my Son Daniel Pays for his Board
