1 I hereby give and bequeath to my wife Rachel Jackson my dwellinghouse with all furniture and effects thereto belonging together with all monies due to me from whatever source for her use and at her death all real and personal effects must be sold and the proceeds divided equally among my children namely Ethel Jackson, Ada Jackson, Sarah Florence Jackson, Percy Jackson, Harold Jackson and Lawrence George Jackson excepting that my said son Percy receives £25 less and my said son Harold £10 less than the remainder they being already indebted to me for the said amounts.
2 Should any of my children marry and die leaving issue their share must go to their children but in case of no issue such share must be divided among the remainder of my children.
3 In case my wife remarried all I leave to her must at once be sold and divided among my said children in the manner before named.
4 I appoint Mr William Albert Dawson of Fair View Baker St Alvaston Derby as my executor.
