Some one buying these places and re-letting at $50 a week. It is in a dreadful state. Looks as though three families like squatters have taken over & Grandparents home the one they lived in later - roof all rusty. Well, Goulburn hasn't altered much at all, I think 'Canberra' has taken a lot from it. The river is now called Mullwarrie Ponds, well would be a job to find a pond. Actually I don't know why Grandparents ever made Goulburn their settling spot. But it is in heavy draught , I just made the trip on 26th. Sept, left Mt. Colah. Home here for lunch 29th. I had to make the trip to pick up a couple of vases, were left to me by my mother's sister. The last of my mother's to pass on, 76 years, June 1981. Only Aunt Gladys left of my father's has plenty of go in her, put some of the young ones to shame. 88 she is..³'
