     Edward Tipper was left a Widower on the Death of his wife, Selina, whose Death was Registered in the Stoke on Trent Registration District, in the Apr-May-Jun Quarter of 1920.14

     Edward Tipper, son of George Tipper and Alice Malbourne, died in 1930 in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, his Death was Registered at the Stoke on Trent Register Office in the Oct-Nov-Dec Quarter of 1930.15

     He was buried at the Municipal Cemetery, Fenton, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, on Wednesday, 1 October 1930.

The information as to his parentage is derived from the Parish Register Entry for a Marriage in 1872, Image attached to this Narrative.
     Researchers should be aware that while this information is presented as written it conflicts with the information that we have researched for another Henry Tipper - my ref. #22559.1

          Eli Tipper was a Witness of the Signatures at the Marriage of Thomas Harris and Sarah Elizabeth (Tipper) Gleaves on 5 February 1894 in St. Giles' Church, Cheadle, Staffordshire,
     The details from the Marriage Certificate are - Sarah Elizabeth Gleaves Tipper, a Spinster aged 27 years of Chapel Street, Cheadle, daughter of Eli Tipper, a Bricklayer deceased was Married to Thomas Harris, a Bachelor aged 33 years, a Blacksmith of Brookhouses, son of William Harris, a Blacksmith. Both Signed, Witnessed by her brother, Eli Tipper.8

     Eli Tipper, son of Eli Tipper and Mary Ann Gleaves, was married to Mary Barnes in The Register Office, Cheadle, Staffordshire, in 1894.
     Their Marriage was recorded in the Cheadle Registration District in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter Researchers - please note the difference in Registration Entries of 1894.9

     Eli Tipper, son of Eli Tipper and Mary Ann Gleaves, died in 1900 in Cheadle, Staffordshire, his Death was Registered at the Cheadle Register Office in the Jan-Feb-Mar Quarter of 1900, He was survived by his wife, Mary.10
