     Frederick Henry Tipper 1902
Born 13 August 1902 - from Death Registration - apparently the son of Fred Tipper and Elizabeth Goodman, prior to their Marriage. His Birth appears to have been registered twice, both as Frederick H. Tipper Q3 1902 Repton J/46 (see the Birth Registration for a Frederick H. Tipper Registered in the "Repton" District of Q3 1902 with Ref # Repton 7b J/46. However Repton District does not exist until 1934. The FreeBMD program suggests that the 1902 entry is a "missed" entry that was not entered until the June Quatrer of 1946. This 1946 Entry reads as: Tipper, Frederick H.           Goodman           Repton 7b 873)
It is interesting to Note that his brother, Percy Harold was also 'entered late' as this June Quarter of 1946 Entry reads - Tipper, Percy           Goodman           Repton 7b 873.)6
