The 1891 U.K.Census  listed her as a daughter of the Head of Household - Henry Edward Tipper, at 5 Howarth Street, Chorlton on Medlock, Manchester, Lancashire, who is recorded as -

Annie Laurina Tipper, daughter of Henry Edward Tipper and Jane Sparrow, was married to Albert E. Coomer on Monday, 9 January 1911 at St. Peter's Church, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
St. Peter's Church Marriage Register - "Annie Laurina Tipper, aged 21 years, a Spinster of 106 Richmond Street, daughter of Henry Edward Tipper, a Butcher was Married to Albert Edward Coomer, aged 20 years, a Bachelor, a Clerk of 106 Richmond Street, son of George Coomer, a Potter's Manager.      Her husband, somewhat surprisingly, is the Albert Coomer aged 20 born Stoke-on-Trent, a Pianist, lodging at a Refreshment House in Mevagissey, Cornwall; though the proprietess lists him on the Census as "single", the fact that his Best Man, Fred Reynolds, is there with him confirms the identity. [Mevagissey out of season was probably not the most promising place to launch out on a new career in the entertainment world, and Albert's musical aspirations are not referred to again in the records that have so far been located].8

No Tipper/Thompsett marriages are apparent, so it would seem that Annie and Albert Coomer had separated even before the end of the War. Perhaps Albert's injuries were more than the marriage could cope with. It is interesting, however, that there is an early note in Albert's Army papers, that in the event of his death his personal belongings should be passed on to his father, so the marriage may already have been in difficulties by then.8

Annie Laurina Coomer was left a Widow on the Death of her husband, Albert, whose Death was Registered in the Stoke on Trent Registration District, in the Jul-Aug-Sep Quarter of 1926.9

Annie Laurina Coomer, daughter of Henry Edward Tipper and Jane Sparrow, was married to William Thompsett in Surrey in 1928.
